The best way I have found to do this is to choose the
15th button from the left (Host an image) once you click that you will see the usual
Browse to find your image box. Once you have located your image, click "
Host It" you will next see a box appear that has three options...

Image URLI chose
Image and hit the
copy button to the far right and then went back to this box and right clicked and chose
paste.
